94 gsr

i finally convinced my buddy to get a integra and we came across this 94 gsr for 3,000. it has 140,000 miles on it smokes a little so it needs valve seals, it needs vtec solinoid gasket, abs modual is making noises, rear control arm bushings, and maybe motor mount inserts. just wondering your opionions if it would be worth the buy. thanks

**also.. driver side quarter panel has been replaced, so im thinking its been hit but frame looks straight

sounds kinda fishy.....
dump an ass load of water on the pavement of a parking lot.. (empty of course)
drive the car straight over the water if you see 2 tire treads you're good.. if you see 4.. go ahead and step away frm the vehicle...

oh is it clean title?..

and if all of the above pass.. then i say it's okay

sounds like by the time you spend the money to fix the stuff you could have bought a more expensive, but in better condition car...my opinion
