94-97 interior the same as 98-01?

Im doing a tan to black swap and found a guy who is parting out a 95 teg and he told me that some interior panels and carpet are differnt then the 98+ interiors. is this true? I want to keep the 98+ style if it is.

I didn't know the interiors were different... I know the steering wheel is different but thats all I thought was different.

yes there are 2 different blk interior carpets: grey for leather and blk for cloth seats. Also there are a million door panels as well as seats,but 98+ rear seats wont bolt up to 94-97 rears. For some reason the bolt points were a bit diff. They will sit in the area but sorta slide around. The dashes are the same as well.

oh really i didnt know 98+ rear seats wont bolt up to 94-97's. interesting thanks alot. any other differences i should know about?
