93 gsr rpm gauge goes to 4k when key is turned on

i have no idea what is going on i have a 93 gsr and when i turn the key on the rpm gauge goes to 4k and then if i go to put the window down it goes back to 0 im going to say its a wiring problem i just gont know where to start to look also there is a buzzing noise when i use the windows turn signials or hazard light.

For the tach, start with the signal wire.

I would also check and ensure the distributor isn't doing anything wacky. From personal experience electrical problems are the most annoying on all cars. Especially when you're 6'7". Good luck.

Ok so I got the rpm gauge and what not fixed apperently when I relocated my battery I did something wrong
