93 DA vibration when I get on it hard

My 93 da starts shaking real bad when I get on the throttle hard. My cv axle on driver side is just about shot. Would this cause my car to act like this? Cause when I let off of it I can hear it making a thumping noise. Please help before I go spending all sorts of money

Yes, bad cv axles can thump. If it's pretty much had it then replace it anyways instead of waiting until it breaks and potentially damaging something else.

Yep. I don't know why you would be "getting on it" when your CV axle is thumping in the first place. Fix your damn axle, lol.

It is your axle. I had it happen to mine already. Id be careful gettin on it because it could kerplunk in a straight line. At this point replace asap. Had it happen to me.

FYI when you do replace it get an OEM NEW axle at the very least... remanufactured axles suck donkey ballz

I've replaced 3 and coming on the 4th one of these. Definitely the CV. If you don't want to keep replacing them stop dumping the clutch. Lol especially when you feel that front end hop.
