93 DA Power curve???

Alright, short sweet and to the point.
The car is 93 LS. AEM CAI, HKS hi-power muffler with 2 1/2 inch piping custom bent. (Cat is punched)
Other then that the motor is stock. I've recently noticed, mainly in second gear that after about 5,000 RPMS the cars power feels like it just falls off. It keeps reving but just doesn't feel like it can get out of its own way.

Any ideas? Ive heard Timing, Checked it. All is good there.
Possibly leaning out at high RPMS?

Thats what I was figuring. The car is my daily/project at the same time. I planned on doing either some form of Hondata or whatever else is really recomended.

you should tune with whatever your tuner tells you to tune on.
