So my car is chipping the clear coat in about 5 diff places, i think im gonna sand it down and just primer it flat black, give me your opinions! There is no way to fix these spots, they are rediculous!! Let me know what you think, im just not feeling the chippy clear coat

I'd have it resprayed the color it is now. Captiva Blue Pearl looks great.
