92 teg won't hold idle please help me!!!

Hey im about fed up with this car and need help. My 92 integra ls wont hold its idle and if it does it will be at 250 rpm and roam around to 750rpm. also it wont pick up speed when i accelerate anymore its definitely misfiriing. now let me tell you what i have done.
1) sent the head in to get it cleaned and to see if there was a bent valve. everything was fine.
2) cleaned the iac valve.
3) replaced fuel injectors with stock ones.
4) replaced my ecu.
5) replaced the coolent temp sensor.
6) adjusted the valves.
7) cleaned throttle body
8) replaced whole distributor besides the ICM( didnt check ICM)
9) replaced plugs and wires.
I have high compression pistons, stage 2 crowler cams, skunk 2 intake, cold air intake, golden eagle fuel rail, etc...
If anybody out there has any input it would be greatly appreciated cause im just to the point where im going to get rid of my car. Thanks!

First question:
Did you get it tuned after having the high comp pistons/cams put in?

Second Question:
Were these to try to FIX the problem or did the problem develop afterwards?

yes i had my ecu tuned for my car. I did all that to try to fix the problem but no luck.

Sounds like your timing is off, but i'm sure a tuning shop wouldn't let that fly.

when you did your skunk2 intake manifold how did you go about hooking up your fast idle valve hoses to your intake manifold cause there is no spot for it.
