92 Integra ls project

So I bought this teg about a year ago. It's givin tons of problems but I've finally got some of the issues resolved and its been runnin good for me the past half year and I have come to love it for what it is. Now I'm ready to start building it. As of now it's got a b16a dropped in by the previous owner who obviously didn't know what he was doing. So the problem that still exists is it got the wrong dizzy ( it's a non vtec one and its screwing up all sorts of stuff, I bought the right one just needs to be installed) vtec is wired with a switch on the center console which I hate and I don't believe any other wiring has been done for the vtec swap. Most of the suspension is shot so a master bushing kit and new struts is a must. Interior is pretty clean but does need a few things here and there. And last of all it's an auto

I put a cold air intake on it. Replaced 3 out of four motor mounts and other misc things but that's about it. I've been trying to plan out what I want to do with it and I started to decide on buying another shell that's a manual and redoing the swap into the shell but I've realized that gonna take to long to finish and something else has come up.

A little while after I picked this up my dad decided that he had to out do me and went and dropped 5 grand on a beautiful 01 silver Integra gs with a jdm front conversion and a nice body kit. Car had 55,000 miles on it when he got it with the original motor. Just recently it was tragically rear ended and now it is totaled. It now had 75,000 miles which is still really low and were getting it back from the insurance company so that we can salvage what we can from it mainly the motor trans which is also an auto  and rims

NOW THE MAIN QUESTION I HAVE:

Well now that my dads car is totaled and he wants an RSX instead of building a new teg I've thought of possibly taking his motor and trans and dropping it in to my 92 teg because we have everything there (engine harness, ecu, ect.) and I'm tried of this vtec situation and willing to deal with the auto trans cuz it's got such low miles. Now I know that my car is obd1 and my dads is obd2 so that's gonna be the main problem for this swap. I've seen obd conversion connections but I'm wondering exactly what would be the best way to do this swap without spending a grip of money and spending a grip of time. I've tried researching this but I don't believe this swap is very common so if anyone could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated.
