i have been reading all the post about no start problems and i have tested what i could but this integra was sitting up for awhile before i purchased it..my thing was i sprayed starter fluid in the throttle and it started up like the third time no i drove it 5o miles no problems at all... I get home and now the car won't crank at all.. i have replaced the main relay,i swapped out the fuel pump with a friends of mines still no start, i rebuilt the distributor and checked to make sure i was getting postive, and ground going to it and it does... on the opposite end i took the spark plugs out and kept them in the spark plugs wires themselves to see if i was getting spark but didn't see any sparks, could this be a ecu problem now or what i don't know what else i need to check please help

Have you checked the ignition coil? I know mine went out a couple weeks ago and it isn't an uncommon problem for honda/acura cars.

Looking for my next Teg..
no spark = Check all your grounds... Pull the Coil from the distributor and check resistance across the connection to make sure they are in spec.

These cars have fussy ignition systems.. 1 bad ground, a failed coil or other part of the distributor can cause no spark scenarios.

Won't crank at all? Def start by checking all grounds. Google "advanced ignition troubleshooting" its a thread on TI which has testing procedures. You said you rebuilt the distributor, but don't hurt to test it all. Have you checked out the starter at all?
