92 integra cooling question

My cooling fan doesnt kick on unless I have the ac on.I keep forgetting ,and my car just got hot ,It didnt go into the red ,but closer than I want it to get again.Can anyone tell me where thecooling fan sensor is,or other possible reasons for my problem

this is a bad wiring problem that should be check out by a technician my car did it and turned out to be the computer but might be different
