92 gs swap help

ok this is my first honda, iam very limited knowledge. So the story is that i have a 92 gs with 250000 miles. i don't think its going to hold much longer. all i want out of this car is to have a somewhat smoggable ca car that has about 220 to the wheel with bold on's of course. How do i do this, What would be the simple swap and what would i need? Any help would be great.

a jdm gsr swap some cams,bolt ons,and a good tune will bring you to ur power goals but ur lookin at like 4 or 5 grand, maybe cheaper if u get it off the street
