92 GS Shakes at high speeds. Any ideas?

I drove home for the weekend (three hours away). No problems getting there. Coming back, I notice the car starts shaking when I get going around 60+. I was sure while driving that the problem was on the passenger side, possibly around the front tire. After popping the hood, the majority of the noise seemed like it was coming from the driver's side. Possibly unrelated, but my thermostat was jumping between normal operating temperature and C. It's not constant at all, and doesn't seem to be related to RPMs or a certain speed, it just does it whenever the hell it wants. I stopped at a gas station and took a look under the hood, and the (what I'm assuming is the) radiator fan was on and very loud and he engine making loud noises a idle as well. I took this video sitting at the gas station. I still had about an hour drive after I left the gas station, drove about 80 the whole way, and it hasn't done it since. I have a road trip planned for next weekend that I'd rather not have to cancel... So, any ideas?

Edit: Also noted that my gas mileage after the incident was at 30mpg. Probably not relevant.

Thanks bro. I was having some trouble getting it to work. Ha.

My first thought was tire unbalanced or something similar, but the shaking stops whenever I push in the clutch or take my foot off the gas.

Ima guess you have loose flywheel or pressure plate bolts or something of the like.

Also, quote my post with the video and you will see what I did. Next time you want to embed a video, copy the portion I copied from you, paste it into your post, select it, and then click the YouTube button. You will then be asked to fill in a field. It is simply what you want to title it.

Since there is a noise at idle, not likely :)

Problem turned out to be a spark plug that came so loose that it basically came completely detached at high speeds/rpms and the cylinder would just completely shit out causing the shaking. Thanks for the suggestions, guys.
