91 motor drop into a 93?

would a 91 b18a1 motor bolt rite on into a 93 integra with no wireing being done to the harness and use the pr4 ecu obd1

most likely just unplug and unbolt, re bolt and replug

Actually yes but no! Will the motor+tranny itself bolt in? YES but will it all plug up? NO (if not done so) you would need all obd1 alternator, dizzy, injectors, map, tps, obd1 harness(I suppose the car has one), and etc...

correct, you will need to upgrade from OBD0-OBD1
