91 acura integra gs idle problem?

I recently bought a 91 acura integra gs 5 speed b18a1. On start up the cars idle bounces from 1k to 2k. I just got done with cleaning the FITV and then unhooked the IACV and wiped the screen off. I couldn't get the hoses off to completely clean it. But now on start up it bounces from about 1750 to 2250. After doing that little bit of cleaning i checked the PCM to see if it was throwing codes and it was. 43 and 14. Any ideas on what I should do now to fix this annoying problem?

Check TPS voltage.
