90 ls won't start, tried everything just turns over please help please

i have a 90 acura integra ls it has fuel and spark i replaced the ignition switch dizzy cap the rotor the coil the main relay the spark plugs has brand new fuel pump and the main relay clicks three clicks check engine light comes on three secsonds then turns off. the car when getting jump since the battery is dead now the car wants to start it chuggs and turns over very strong you think it will start then just never does has backfired white smoke out of the intake not sure where else to go or what ti check next maybe the timing is of either the ignition timing or the belts of a few teeth? please if you have any ideas of what to check nest i am absolutely tapped out and about to get rid of a b18b with vtech head with only 155,000 on car

you said it backfires? have you messed with spark plugs wires lately? if so check your firing order of your spark plug wires. you said you get spark and gas... well all you need is spark gas and air to get a good running car. now you gotta check timing. if your timing is solid check to see if all your injectors are firing. have you checked the actual spark plugs sometime your spark plugs can go absolutly dead. that happend to me once..

you check to make sure your firing order is correct? when i replaced all the same things you did i had my order wrong. it turned over an everything just wouldnt start.

If its backfiring out the intake manifold its either a timing issue or you have the firing order backwards. The order looks like this

34 < Distributor looking at it from passeger side 4 3 2 1 <Valve cover looking down at it

before it happened the car lost almost all power while driving i couldnt go over 30 even with the pedal to the floor then i just it off and coudnt get it started again a honda guy told me to hold the pedal to the floor and see if itll start and it did drove it the rest of the way home at 25 mph then shut it off again then it started but would die or run like crap then stop starting and just would crank so i replaced all those parts and now it still does the same thing just turns over almost starts but just wont.



and yes everything is plugged in and thats the firing order it had before i took each plug off and put it right on the corresponding spot on the new cap


and yeah it olny backfired once from the intake blueish white smoke came out of my cold air intake

do you thinks it the actual timing belt or the timing on my dizzy?

i have strong spark at the plugs and i have fuel the plugs get soaked after trying to start it so it has to be timing right?

since its not starting its probably not the dizzy timing right and more liking i slipped a tooth or two on the timing chain/belt right?

i am new to hondas/acuras and completely stumped i dont understand could it be something simple like a bad sensor causing it not to start?

please please any more ideas or what is the problem i dont want to spend more money to have it still not start the next step is selling and buying a different car?

its posted on craigslist and really contemplating selling it and starting over with a different car
