Hey I just bought this 90 ls and it has a couple problems I thought somebody could help me with.
One, the heater does not work, it doesn't blow at all, I'm not sure if this is the blower motor or not but I checked the fuse and it looks good. When I press the AC button I can here the ac turning on but no air blows. And I might be dumb for asking this but it looks like there might bea belt completely missing in the engine compartment. I'm pretty sure its the ac belt. Would this make the blower motor not turn on? Or do I need a new one.
A day after I had the car it has a bad idle problem, when I start it when its cold the idle goes to 3k rpms! And then once its warm it bounces up and down from 2-3k rpms. It looks like there is a hose missing from the intake so hopefully that's the problem.
I also noticed the car doesn't feel as powerful as it should. It had a bad fuel pump when I got it and would die, I replaced the fuel pump today and my car wouldn't start after I got it all back together. I think I just need to put some more fuel in though and I can hear the pump turn on. But I was wondering if I need to bled the air out of the lines?
Sorry for the long post, I'm new to forums. I would appreciate any help though. Thanks
