90 integra radiator in 87

so im having alot of trouble finding an aluminum radiator for my 87 integra and there is a creditable shop near my house that i can get aluminum 2 row radiatiors for cheap. my question is will a 90 integra radiator fit my 87 becaue they dont sell any 1st gen parts

i don't know if a `90 will fit, but you can find radiators on Rockauto.com that fit G1's

I really don't want to replace it with a stock radiator I'm looking for an aluminum one

well the aftermarket for your year model isnt that big. Most people with an 87 do factory restores with OEM parts for that reason. Hope you find one that fits. You could always have on custom made

compare dimensions and hose inlet/outlet locations...

It would probably fit close enough. I know G2 and G3 radiators are close enough to fit each other. Nothing a zip tie cant fix!

the 2nd gen radiator is a little bit shorter height wise and a little bit wider the only thing ive seen so far different is the hoses might not line up straight. yes ive looked many places and only found oem so that might be my choice. just wanted to see if maybe someone on here has already put a 2nd gen rad. in a 1st. and getting one custom made would be pointless imo. i really only want it because its polished and will match my valve cover and headers. and it looks alot better then the oem black one i think
