Calling all you B18 gurus. I need cams bad in my B18A1 circle track motor. We run on concrete, second gear and are maxing out the RPMs (4000-7000) during each lap. Would love to have a higher gear in second but cannot find anyone to do that kind of work.
Anyway, we need cams bad. I purchased a JGE head, p/p with 1/2 mm oversize stainless valves and titanium retainers and race single springs. It currently has their 303 cams, but they are for turbo motors not naturally aspirate and have 417 lift intake and exhaust, 274 duration i/e @.015 lift. We have a skunk intake, cheap header, forged 11.5-1 Wiseco pistons, Eagle rods, and race clutch...entire assy balanced. We also have a mild chip but have a better one coming. Any suggestions on cam(s) or profiles to run at these RPMs? Thanks.
