Do you by any chance have an alarm that has a kill switch system? My car had this same issue and it ended up being my alarm relay. Also, you could have bought a broken dizzy, which isn't uncommon for honda distributors. I hate TDC sensor issues, always a headache to fix.

No alarm...check this outt... I went outside jus to give it a try ...for some odd reason i decided to give it a jump with my girls car and WHALAA!...turnedd right on....could it have just been my battery >_< or is there still a problem lingering around?!

You can have a battery that will power lights and radio that just doesnt have enough juice to crank the car. Its happened to me before many times. Get a new battery and go from there.

Looking for my next Teg..
I'd also check the alternator output with a digital multimeter

could be a bad distributor. As the other member mentioned they are notorious for being wonky.

Also check your grounds. a loose ground can cause this... I had a similar issue that turned out to be the negative battery cable clamp. Replaced that and no more starting issues. In fact I'd be willing to bet that THIS (bad ground)is your main issue and should be first item checked off...
