my car is all fucked up!!!
kinda ignorant towards cars.
It wont start it just chokes and acts like is gonna but it wont start...bro said its prolly distrubutor
water gets into the trunk when it rains.
seatbealts dontmove when doors open or close so you have to put them on manually.
sunroof wont open.
any ideas what the last few things could be?

The water could come from the tail lights. Common problem that spans all generations (well, probably not the RSX yet). My DC would have a pond around the spare tire whenever I washed the car or whenever it rained.

As far as not starting, check ground wires and distributor if something simple like spark plugs and wires don't work. Do you hear a low hum before you start the car? That lets you know your fuel pump works. Main relay might be shot. There's a bunch of things that can prevent a car from starting. My old car would randomly stall and I'd have to give it gas to start it back up. I thought you didn't have to with fuel injected cars, but I guess my teg was an exception.

Acura has a lifetime warranty for the power seatbelts. Check the sticky thread.

As far as everything else, idk.
