This is what I would like to do to my DB1. I bought the car with a B18B2 swap in it. Now I want to swap a GSR head to it. And this is what I know. I will need the GsR head, ls gasket, gsr oil pump and water pump and a gsr distributor. Along with a ls vtec kit. To run the vtec oil line. I need to know what ecu to run with this set up, plus should I change the ls tranny? Do I need the intake manifold from the gsr? I know they are many write ups about this I just can seem to find them. Any suggestion will be helpfull..thank CI

First off, how'd you get your hands on an Aussie spec b18b? And yes, you'll need the gsr intake manifold, which will require a new intake itself, just use a b16 head and keep it simple.

you could never go wrong with al walbro 255 as well. i would look into a obd0 to obd1 harness jumper. and run a p72 ecu. i have a b18c gsr swap(with gsr hydro tranny) that i imported from japan. your aslo going to need to look into a harness jumper for your vtec wires.
