90-91 tail lights. Clean ones?

So I just want to know how these guys with their DA's, in the tuning magazines, make their 90-91 style tail lights make them look so clean.

What I mean by that is, how do they get the white portion of the tail light to look pure white (minus the little red haziness it kind of has.) and the red super clean.

Yes, I have seen the fake "JDM" ones you can get off Ebay, but those ones aren't the same.

Here, let me post a pic of both so you know what I'm talking about...

2. The hazy ones that normally come off of a 90-91 DA...





Can someone tell me what I can do to make mine like the clean ones?

I <3 2.4l's
open is up, hit it with a few light coats of white, or if you can find some stained glass spray that white, that would be better.

I tinted the white part on my SRT all red.

It would probably stay whiter a little longer, i dunno, i never did it on an integra.
