89 integra rs no spark no fuel

I already posted this on g1 teg but wanted to see if anybody has any suggestions
So I rebuilt my engine recently and it ran fine for about 2 weeks and then one morning just shut off and has no spark and fuel pump isn't pumping. Engine grounds have all been cleaned. Power comes up to the coil. Main relay is new. It's probably a wire short but has anybody had this problem before?

Check the ecu.. notorious for having small water leaks from sunroofs and back windows. The ecu's get wet real easy in the G1's

Assuming its an RS like the title, you shouldnt have a sunroof but some do. If you dont, check the bag inside the panels that are over the seat belt and make sure it can hold water

I think the ecu is fine because I tried one that I bought off a junkyard and still nothing and I tried the same one on my pops integra and I worked perfectly
