88 integra ls not starting after swap

hey everybody i recently swapped a d16a1(stock) engine into my integra and when i try to start it it will just crank and wone fire up. im pretty sure i hooked every thing up correctly. the car has been standing there for about 2 years and honestly i have no idea what the problem might be

Is there a bright white spark from all the spark plugs? If not adjust your timing.
Is your fuel pump priming? To check this turn your key to the ON position and listen for a whine coming from the fuel pump.

I figured it out already... It was the relay which i had two so I changed it, changed the sparkplug wires and after cranking it an pumping the gas it fired up

im actually having the same problem after i through a rod, i did a swap. i changed the spark plugs and ecm. i dont think i check the fuel priming tho. but my mechanic did say i burned some wires out. should i check my fuses also?
