5 speed swap, how hard is it?

I have a dc teg and a buddy of mine has a 5 speed dc for parts. what all would I have to swap over to convert mine to 5 speed. how long will it take? (first swap project)

Trans, linkage, you'll need the auto to manual mount, ECU (not completely necessary, but should get it), shifter, master cylinder, lines, pedal assembly (whole thing, not just clutch pedal I think). You'll also need to cut the plate out with the shifter hole from the manual and weld it into yours. Gauge Cluster too. Might be missing something.

The level of difficulty and time will depend on your tools and skill with mechanics. That is pretty much all I can really say. You will need a lot of shit though, probably more than you realize. Osiris gave a decent list.

it's not my first time turning a wrench but I think that's a little too much for me to do. I'll probably just save up and get a type r
