im thinkin about buyin the sportmax xxr 002s, the rims are 16'' and the offset is +38. thats pretty low offset but is it low enough so that i woud have to modify my fenders? i would prefer not to and keep in mind that i slam the shit out of my DA9. any help would be appreciated. It would look like this but i think these are 17s

if you go no wider than 205 on the tre and not slam, youll be fine.

if that picture are the wheels youre getting, im positive those are NOT a 38 offset judging by the front wheel. you will have to modify your fenders.

I got 40 offset. 205/45R16's this low with unmodified fenders. .

So far, no problems. I'll let you know how I'm doing in a month or so though. lmao

I hope I dont have to, well i dunno is it that big of a deal to roll the fenders? um so far these wheels i have only seen with 38 offset and i gotta have these. i had 205/45/17 wheels on it but it only rubbs a little when i took corners to the right so i dunno, i might have to look into rolling my fenders.. any good advise or anything????

+38 is nearly the stock offset, it isn't low at all. As long as you go with 185 or 195 width tires you shouldn't have an issue unless you dump it beyond belief.
Edit:What width are you planning on running? a 6.5 or 7" width wont require rolling the fenders. 8 or 9" width will require rolling the fenders at least.

The picture you have is of +0 offset 16x8 versions of the wheel you want.

38 is NOT a low offset on such a small wheel.
You'll be fine.
