2003 BMW 325ci trade for a 1999 Integra GSR?

Hey guys I'm new to this site so bare with me pleasee. I'm thinking about trading this guy my black 2003 bmw 325ci with 75-80k on the engine and a 190k on body for a white 1999 integra gsr with 65k on new engine and 140k on body. I saw the car the other day and its really clean the body is flawless, it has tons of new parts, it looks great and sounds beautiful and is practically a type r rep. I'm nervous though i don't know if its a fair trade and I don't want to regret the trade either so I need you're guys opinions.

I guess you could blue book them both and use your best judgement.

The integra would be cheaper to fix then the BMW'r once things start going on that thing

I'm a big fan of BMW and Honda, but the costs of ownership are obvious. GSR is super fun too.

Woah. e46's reliability is something i never want to think about.
Integras have great reliability but even if everything went wrong its still all decent to fix.
