2001 USDM Front-End Conversion

As some of you may know, some evil person decided to back into my car in some parking lot and not leave their information or stay there. So, I now have a crack in my front bumper that cannot be repair. It has to be replaced.

So this leaves room for the imfamous '98+ conversion.

My question is, what EXACTLY do I need to make this conversion?

This what I got so far:
1.) 2001 OEM Front Bumper
2.) 2001 OEM Head-Lights
3.) 2001 OEM Turn-Signals
4.) 2001 OEM Turn-Signal Housing [The metal piece you stick the corner lense into].
5.) 2001 OEM Front Bumper Support??? Will my stock '97 work?

Is there anything else?

theres a company called certifit. They make new bumpers, that are pretty nice. I have one sitting in my garage.

Not yet. I was waiting till I can paint the whole car till I put it on.
