2 runs w/ mustang

i was on my way to work today, and was just driving and wanted to switch lanes, but this guy in a stang wouldnt let me over, son of a bitch...so i let him pass and switch over behind him. he was switching in and out of of lanes speeding so i figure i mess wit him a bit.

i caught up wit him and looked at him, and he gave me like a nod thing, like pointing me headward. so i guess i kno wat he wanted, we slowed down til 40, he gave it 3 honks and we were off, i dropped back in 2nd and pulled off and got the lead, 3rd i passed his front end, and then we hit a light so we braked. i won by like 2-3 feet hehe...


2nd run was at the light, we were both reving, i launched at a high rpm, and my front wheels spinned but then it caught the pavement. he got the lead and hit 7k and shift to 2nd , i caught up to half of his car in 3rd, and go to 4th, the pull in 4th felt forever, i slowly got up and and almost passed him, his front end was at my passenger side door

i was surpise i did that well vs the stang, just comparing it by specs, i wouldnt have done so well. i could tell he was just a reg. stang coupe, 99-04 model, v6, not the v8 GT,

190 HP 3.8L V6 standard Mustang Engine....vs me... chances are the driver wasnt as experienced..cuz i dont think my lightly modded 2.0L can pull on a stang.

but a kill is a kill =)

represent H-town boi!!! nice kill. really, you should pull on him. Your car is way lighter weight and the V6 stang isn't as "torquey" as its V8 big brother. You should've launched around 3 grand to minimize your wheel spin though

hehe yea, i wasnt planning on launching so high, i was reving and then it green so i went wit it, all this happen on bissonnet, we did the roll from after synott, and again at the light on elridge, u kno that area right CHILD? the runs would have been longer and i could prolly get more distant between the cars, but the street was short and too many lights

hehe incase ya are wondering...hehe i ended up not going to work today..=) at home chilling, but those runs sure did hurt my gas...=\

oh nah i showed up and everybody else was off, so i just took the day off, i do construction. so i just get paid by days i worked, i can take off as many days as i want, when i wanna work i just show up
