the cam seal will fit.

im painting mine, you want to use air craft stripper and sand everything then use high temp paints

thanks, i was worried because the cam seal looked so small lol, and about the painting, what about primer and all that? i always hear people talking about it whenever they want to paint something.

Sand it all down as best you can, maybe use a 100 grit sandpaper

wash it off and make sure all the little particles are gone

Hit it with a couple coats of primer, let it dry, sand again with a lower grit (500-800) to make sure the basecoat can have something to grab onto

Throw on a couple layers of basecoat let it dry

then I would top it off with clear coat to make sure it stays shiny and clean it will attract alot more grease and oil if its just basecoated, and its harder to clean.

Make sure you use heat resistant primer, basecoat, and clearcoat, they sell it at autozone and pepboys.

Good luck! post a picture when your finished
