1993 LS speaker diameters

So after about 2 hours of research, I havent been able to find anything that directly answers the question I have.

What are the factory speaker sizes for the front and rear? I thought they were 6 1/2, but they didnt fit....so are they 5 1/4?

Also, has anybody had any luck mounting 6 1/2 or 6X9's in the rear decklid?

I was able to put 6in in the rear and put the 5.25 in the front
and 6-9s but I did not like 6-9 no bass or lows just highs.
