1992 acura inegra fuel problem

my stepson drives this car on a daily bases, he went to start it, it would turn over but it would not run, there is no fuel at the fuel filter and the pump is not working, so I checked the pump and it works, I had replaced the relay about 3 weeks ago, is there a fuse or something else im missing.
I also herd that the oil sending unit might be bad and is not letting the ECM turn the pump on, is ther any truth to that?

if your pump works, and your relay is replaced, just go back under the car and make sure all your wires are clear of being "pinched' up against the chassis and the fuel tank, I had the same problem with mine.

replaced the fuel pump with a new one, and got a new relay but my problem was that I was pinching the power wire that goes to the fuel pump, try looking to make sure the wire is out of the way.

i had the same problem until i just broke down and put a new pump in and walla the car ran, so i would just put in a new pump if u cant find out the problem.
