1990 Integra RS Alternator

I purchased a 1990 Acura Integra last night and darn if the alternator did not crap out on me. I am not in no means a technical person and I would really appreciate the process in changing the alternator. After looking on several web site many say I can do it from ther top of the endine and others say you must do it from the bottom.. Help!!

Well different ppl like to do it differently i would do it on the side thats easier for me which is from the bottom.

Anoter way

Removing an entire wheel assembly seperating the half shaft that breaks a seal meaning RE sealing when RE assembling is a tall order even for someone that got a lot of tools last Christmas. I didnt even consider it. Removing the master cylinder from fire wall and seperating a couple of tube fittings enough to get out ot he way will gt you where you want to be. Alternator has to be positioned just right to remove but its better that breaking out the Jack.
