1990 Integra HELP!!

hey i just bought a 1990 integra, for starters, when ever i try to start the car i have to repeatedly turn the key over for the car to eventually start, on top of that... when ever i turn on my Heat/Air conditioning... it doesnt shoot any air and whats even more weird is when ever i turn the air switch to off.... my stereo turns on but when i have my air on... my stereo turns off....
can someone please help me with this?

Ok well ....this is what im thinkin u said u just bought it ..either the the wiring is moved around and/or somebody tampered with it....is it stolen???i kno basics of cars so dont really take my word...
