1990 Integra battery issues..

I have a really odd problem after pressure cleaning my motor today I drove the car a few hours after doing it and everything was fine, then tonight I went to drive the car and the red battery light on the dash stays on and if I turn or hit a slight bump flickers or goes off for a short time and then comes back on.

I got home luckily as I noticed my interior lights were dim and my a/c fan was blowing real weak. No sooner I shut the car off it won't start again I'm not sure if its the battery or alternator or maybe just wet somewhere..

Any advice is greatly appreciated..

It sounds like your alternator isnt charging your battery while its running. You are supposed to let everything dry completely after washing your bay. I dont know why it would fail, but maybe some one else had an idea.
