You can get a full manual setup, which came in the JDM ones, but its kinda expensive, like a few hundred bucks. What I did on mine was I just disabled the auto part when it was in the back position so I could still use it like a normal non-auto belt and not have to deal with them moving all the time. I found that the control unit for them is behind the passenger lower corner kickpanel in front of the passenger front door. If you take that trim panel off, the unit is right there, and if you remove the connector closest to you when they are in the back position, they will be disabled and the chime is disabled also which is nice, if you have any other questions about it you can PM me if you want.
