1990 DA Integra LS wont start

I just bought a 1990 Da integra LS from a guy a week ago. 3 days ago I tried to start up the car and nothing happend. When I pushed in the break the light would dim, after a while the light wouldn't even turn on so I figured the battery was bad. I went to pepboys so they could check it for me and they said it had some bad cells. So I bought a new battery cleaned up the terminals and tray with baking soda & water then plugged in the battery. It worked great, everything was on and the car started. Today I went to turn it on and all I get is one click and nothing happens. Wanted some help on what I should check to fix it, Im thinking on seeing if it's the starter. Please help, I really need this car to work. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

sounds like the main relay is bad

STARTER ! When You Hear the ' Click ' noise, Its your Starter.
So get A New One, And your car should start up Like NEW.

check starter first u might have somthing ON when the car is OFF that might drain the battery
