My car was rear ended and was declared totaled today. It will cost too much money and I am heartbroken. I am looking for a miracle: I want to keep the car.
Hit in the rear on passenger side crushing in the trunk, tail lights, and somehow bent the wheel and it is tilting inward on the top. Does anyone have an idea how I can reduce the cost of fixing it? I have to move fast to make a decision whether to keep or salvage it. Any comments or suggestions will be very much appreciated. I am desperate... I am looking for a miracle...
Mileage is 179,000; new front tires; new front axle/boots, alternator; 5 speed manual; 3 door hatch. Needs paint job, some body rust, not sure how much there is underneath.
