1990 Acura integra EGR problem

Hi everyone. I'm new to the threads. I just took my car into the mechanic and I was told I need to replace the EGR Control Solenoid. The problem is however that I can not find one anywhere, used or new, to replace it with. I'm wondering if anyone know where I can find one or if there is a way around it or if there is another fix. Do a lot of google searches or check a local junkyard. If I am not mistaken only the auto's came with an EGR valve. So if your car is manual, you probably don't have one.
