I was wondering if it was possible to get blue head lights and yellow fogs on the 1 pieces without any conversion? and what kind of bulbs those would be? thanks

You know the blue'er it gets the less you can see.

Just get some H4H bulbs over 6000K rating... Personally I have Nokya 7200K (or something like that) which is arctic white... It has a blueish tint to it.

Yes just get some hid 9006 with 6000k kit from jdmlighting.com his price for basic kit is 75$
