If you had the blocked sleeved and bored out to 85mm that would get you close.
Just an FYI, B16's have the same 81mm bore as B18's. The B18 makes up the extra displacement using a taller deck height, longer rods and a longer stroke. So if you're THAT interested in increasing displacement, might as well just build a bigger block from the begining.
