August was rough for me...since I was gone almost the whole month, I drank pretty heavy almost every night. Not smart. By the end of the month, my whole body hurt. Not fun. I need to start backing off, it gets stupid.lol yea im thinking about taking a break... i hit the sauna after my workout today and im pretty sure vodka was the only thing leaving my body
