Depends on the shipping, he is 410miles away from me, so about 7hrs exact of a drive. That's a tank of gas, so gotta figure which is cheaper, plus miles on SUV, plus getting motor in the car and out. Ya know?

I tend to bring a gun, and a friend with a gun on meet ups for parts over $1000 ish. Thats alot of change to carry up to someone you dont know. Especially when they know exactly where you will be. Another trick I do is arrive 30-45 minutes early to scope it out and have the upper hand on them when they pull in. Not paranoid, just careful. Only had to do that 5 or 6 times.

LOL one time i put an ad on craigslist to sell a gas BBQ and this guy called and asked if we could deliver. i had my brothers there so i said sure. then he started whispering the NASTIEST shit to me. i was soooooooooo disgusted. i gave my brother the phone and he yelled at the guy. lol should have gotten his address first and then have my brothers go there.
