Diesels aren't as affected by weight as gas engines are, they just keep pullin Especially if it is a turbo diesel. This one is still mechanical injection, which means it's waayyy easier to work on and modify. Not to mention the batteries can die and I can still drive it across the country if I leave it running, lol...

Lol...fair enough I love the E30's and would definitely own one, but it would NOT keep the same engine... I don't really now why I like the E36's so much...too make it even wierder, I don't like the coupes, just the saloons... Later years, I like the coupes as well...
