For a car with that sort of mileage its important that the timing belt is replaced.. you stated it was which is a plus.
Because if the timing belt goes on a honda..or acura in your case (I'm Australian ) then you're in a world of hurt.
As Surferman stated, take it for a testdrive and make sure you look, listen and feel for anything that could be wrong with the car. My car is a 94 integra with 160k Kilometres on the odometer, but because I bought it off my uncle who I know took great care of it, I could afford to trust his judgement.. suss the dude out a little - if he looks a bit dodgy take it into consideration.
