Regardless of her actions an hour before, this was still your fault. You rear ended her. You should have been going a safe speed that would allow you enough time to stop given the hazard of the road(in this case her). Sucks that it happened.

Idk how long she was there, but if she was there just waiting and had it in park, obviously she was a tard.

Honestly I don't know the situation because it was on an offramp, and some off ramps are really stupid in my city to the point where people die and crash due to the sharp turns and then suddenly all you see is the green light so all you can do is either begin to slow down or keep going. The very first thing you see getting off the ramp is the light and not the cars because of a wall in the way and the unlevel street prodiding no visibility.

I am simply stating that either he/she could be at fault and not just because he hit her, make him automatically at fault. Sometimes people make the simple misconception that if someone is rear ended, it's automatically their fault. This is not the case and clearly a lot of people are misinformed about it. Let those people go ahead and make the mistake and automatically "Assume" that they are / or not. At fault. If they say they were at fault, it's considered that they "ADMITTED" to be at fault when they might not.

IMO, OP is a stupid-shit and I have a hard time believing that he had the composure to actually be able to tell whether or not she had it in parking gear; in addition to that, if the intersection was a hazard, which I have a couple like that in my area 1) They limit the speed to >35 MPH through the apex 2) I would have posted a screenshot of the intersection layout from Google Maps to substantiate my claim and 3) He tried defending Miss Boss a while back - So fuck him and his talentless ass. He needs to learn proper braking techniques and man-up enough to take responsibility that it was an error in judgement on his part. It should have never been posted here because this is what happens: People will call you out on your personal liability for what happened so you learn from your mistakes. He got pissed because we weren't just having a circle-jerk about how sorry we were for him and how stupid female drivers are :roll:

I would really like to see the police report of this considering the amount of damage OP sustained.
It was absolutely retarded of OP to come in here claiming it was all the fault of "a retarded woman driver" - if you would've been like "hey guys, I fucked up, but this is what happened - what's the scoop?" I think you may have had a couple less people reinforcing the fact that you're a moron and can't drive properly.. Nonetheless, you're a moron and can't drive properly.
