its a pain, but i lift my front by jacking up the rear with the floor jack high enough to put my stock jack in the front jackicking point under the door, lift the stock jak a bit, drop the rear, and jack up the front.
as for camber wear, as stated above, an alignment is needed every time you change the ride height or camber. did you get the camber kit bolts or the whole upper contron arm with the adjustable ball joint?
i ask because the camber bolts will correct camber but not as much as the adjustable ball joint ones.
if you did get the adjustable ball joint type for a civic, i believe theyre a bit shorter than the integra ones. thus, not being able to correct camber as much.
