One of my friends hooked my up w/ an extra valve cover and this is something i've been wanting to try. I was happy with the results so I thought i'd trow this up here for anyone curios on what products I used that might want to try this themselves. Any questions just ask.

Stripped and shaved:(after this step is done is when I taped off the oil cap hole, breather tube, spark plug holes and screwed bolts in any holes you do not want to get paint into.

Primmed w/ Rustoleum automotive primer and wet sanded:

White base coat done w/ Duplicolor:

Rogue Status graphics applied:

Black topcoat sprayed w/ Duplicolor:

Vinyl removed: (to do this i used a sewing needle. just take your time to be sure not to scratch the under layer of paint and do it before the top coat is completely dry so the vynyl does not peel away the paint)

Sprayed w/ Duplicolor Clear:

I just need to let it cure for 48 hrs then wet sand and buff out.

ONLY couches pull out!!!!
not bad....u should bake it while the paints curing.

helps with durability. but thats only if you use either high temp or ceramic based paints.
