I do believe those are Raybrig OEM Foglights, they look a lot like mine and thats

Yeah, they are OEM Honda Raybrig Fogs from the Honda dealership. I folded my license plate so it'd fit. I did have it in my windsheild and also behind my grill, but the popo didn't approve of that.

i know it's not the same side of the car, but both sides were about the same. my pennies are in the process of being saved for rust repair or quarter replacement

It's actually UKDM. From the information I've researched and gathered, the EDM tegs didn't have the option for fogs, but the UKDM tegs did. Andt hanks for the comments.
