you have better traction then him.... OH NO!!!

you wanna spin those wheels it makes you way faster, i bet if you put a few huge stickers on there you can spin all the way thru 5th

Very true.

I'm running Azeni RT-615's

What kind of tires and size are you running? and is it a possibility that your clutch is going out?

Actually, if you're shifting properly, you shouldn't spin the tires at all.

Exactly. If you're spinning your tires, you're just wasting power and tires. Effectively throwing away money. Unfortunately, even with a limited slip diff, an AWD car will always get the hole-shot on you, unless you've got a 50% better power-to-weight ratio. e.g. stock WRX vs. Corvette ZR1...so, in order to really have a shot at catching up, you're going to need to get all of your power down, as quickly as possible, and spinning/chirping your tires isn't the way to do that.

Spinning your tires doesn't show how fast you are, going fast shows how fast you are. You're not going to win any races spinning your tires, except maybe a burnout competition, but really, why? It's a FWD Car, you're just going to break something.

to be fair, he isn't necessarily talking about roasting tires. just a chirp in second gear.

i spin tires if i clutch kick, and if i slam 2nd...not a good thing but ive noticed if you do chirp it jumps up 5mph i think

if ya really want to do it, take it to 7 push in the clutch foot off the gas throw it into 2nd dump the clutch and all on gas
